This is the home of our Year 3 and 4 children. The Class 3 room is in the newer part of the school and we benefit from an exit onto the school field to take our learning outside. Recently, we have changed the layout of our room to improve the learning environment for the children. Within the classroom there is an interactive whiteboard and PC's that have internet access.

The Farm Shop (Spring 2016)
Class 2 have been learning all about plants this half term. We have learnt about the life cycle of a plant, functions of plants and the things they need to survive. We have created experiments to see what happens when a plant doesn't have what it needs. We have grown our own radishes and cress and made our own apple chutney. We then wrote instructions so our friends could make it to!
Our Plant Experiment.
Can you guess which plant didn't have any light when it started to grow?
Why do you think this?
Our Apple Chutney
We all helped to chop, cut, peel and clean up after ourselves!

The Grand Opening
For our topic sharing this half term we invited our parents and grandparents in to buy our produce. We had created Easter cards, art books, homemade chutney and sold our home grown cress and radish. It was great to use our maths skills as we worked out everyone's change. We enjoyed eating our radish too!
Class 2 have been learning all about explorers this term. We have studied people from history and modern day. In literacy we have been researching and writing reports about Neil Armstrong. In DT we have been making moon buggies.
Please enjoy our reports about Neil Armstrong

Fighting Fit Topic Sharing November 2015
Class 2 have been learning all about keeping healthy this term. We designed and created our very own fitness regime and then invited our Mums and Dads into school to have a go.
A big thank you to the wonderful parents who got involved and gave 100%. We had an amazing time.
Class 2 Topic Sharing Afternoon Autumn 2015.
Our class went on a short walk to meet our parents at the local play park. We had a play on the equipment and some lovely, hot drinks. We also talked about the geography and history of our village and how it may have looked 100 years ago.
Thank you to all the parents that came along to share this wonderful experience with us.
